・Our online store, Rock oN Line Store does not support tax-free sales

・Our physical store in Shibuya (Tokyo) and Umeda (Osaka) supports tax-free sales

◎Terms of use

Tax exemption can be used by the customers who fall under the chart below.

◎Purchase procedure

1. Visit our physical store in Shibuya or Umeda with your passport.

2. Our staff will verify if you are eligible for tax exemption.

3. We will guide your shopping after verification.

Notes:

• We recomnend to inquire us about availability of the item before you vist our shop in case the item may be out of stock.

◎About warranty

The warranty is only available for the use in Japan. Please note that we cannot offer warranty for the use outside Japan.

You may get warranty in case you have address for delivery and payments in Japan, however in that case we cannot recieve shipments from overseas or bear the shipping expense.

Also note that we have no respoinsibility for damage during oversea shipping.
